The room is unfurnished but has a window overlooking the lake in a 4.5-room apartment with three bedrooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a large living room with space if you want to bring your furniture, separated toilet and bathroom + a large balcony with a magnificent view of the lake!
There's also a bike room and a cellar for storage.
The apartment is located next to the Faculty of Science and 10 min from the train station, the main university building and Maladière.
